9 weeks to go.
It feels so exciting that in only 9 weeks I will be meeting my daughter.
It seems and eternity to be pregnant for another 9 weeks.
It is frighteningly soon that I will have two children to care for and vie for my attention.

And those nine weeks? They will FLY by. Seriously, I don't know how I got down to TWO DAYS.
ReplyDeleteAnd, yes, it has been emotional. I am all over the map these days (dang hormones). But I promise to faithfully post on the transition and hopefully you can learn from my mistakes and benefit from my triumphs!

I remember when I had 8 weeks left and I was talking about that being a long time, and a coworker said, "but that's only 8 Saturdays! Only 8 weekends to get everything ready!" That made it sound close, but no, it has still dragged on very slowly. I'm excited to meet my new baby. I'm not spending near enough time being worried about how this will rock our world. Did I learn nothing the first time? :)
